Pumpkin Cappuccino

Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee
  2. 4 cups milk
  3. 4 Tb. canned pumpkin
  4. 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  5. 1/4-1/2 cup granulated sugar
  6. 3 Tb. vanilla
Instructions
  1. Add first two ingredients to crockpot and place temperature setting on high.
  2. Whisk together the rest of ingredients and then add to crockpot. Cook for 2 hours.
  3. Garnish with whip cream and drizzled caramel.

  1. 1 Wind & Willow English Wassail Cider Mix
  2. 1 Refrigerated sugar cookie dough
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Roll prepared sugar cookie dough into 1-inch balls, roll in English Wassail Mix, bake 10-12 minutes or according to sugar cookie directions.
  3. Cool and serve.

Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients
  1. 1 Wind & Willow Caramel Apple Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
  2. 1 pkg microwave popcorn
  3. 4 Tbs butter
  4. 3 Tbs water
Instructions
  1. Prepare microwave popcorn according to directions. Pour into a large bowl.
  2. In a small saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Add water and Caramel Apple Cheeseball & Dessert Mix (topping to be used later). Stirring continuously, bring to a boil. Continue cooking for 3 1/2 minutes. Pour mixture over popcorn. Gently stir until popcorn is coated. Sprinkle with contents of topping packet. Enjoy!

Harvest Spice Layer Cake

Ingredients
  1. 1 Wind & Willow Pumpkin Pie Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
  2. 1 orange cake mix
  3. 1 tsp cinnamon
  4. 1 can prepared orange frosting
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare cake following instructions on package. Stir in 1/2 of the pumpkin mix and 1 Tsp. cinnamon. Bake as directed. Add rest of the pumpkin mix to the frosting. Mix well. Spread on cooled cake. Garnish iced cake with Graham Topping and sprinkle with cinnamon. Absolutely delicious and no one will believe how easy it is!
Tip
  1. -Use a 9" inch round spring form pan to make layer cake or a 9x13" baking dish to make a sheet cake.
  2. -Top with warm caramel sauce like shown in picture.

Apple Pie Pull Apart Bread

Ingredients
  1. 1 Wind & Willow Apple Pie Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
  2. 10 Rhodes dinner rolls, thawed
  3. 2 apples, peeled and chopped
  4. 6 oz cream cheese
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 cup powdered sugar (icing ingredient)
  7. 2 Tbs milk (icing ingredient)
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 8x8” glass baking dish with non stick spray. Cut rolls in half and place cut side down in glass dish. Cover with wrap and let rise 30 minutes. Remove plastic wrap and brush rolls with melted butter and sprinkle chopped apples over rolls. In a small bowl combine cream cheese, egg and Cheeseball Mix (topping used later) until smooth. Spread mixture over rolls and sprinkle with topping packet. Cover rolls with plastic wrap again and let rise until doubled in size. Remove wrap and bake in oven for 30 minutes. While rolls are cooking combine icing ingredients. When rolls are cooling drizzle icing over rolls. Serve warm!

Brown Sugar Baked Peaches

Ingredients
  1. Peaches
  2. Butter
  3. Brown Sugar
  4. Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Slice peaches in half. Take out pits.
  2. Put 1/2 tsp. butter on each peach.
  3. Top with 2-4 tsp. brown sugar on each peach.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Serve warm!

Homemade Twinkies

For the Cake
  1. 1 box cake mix - yellow or chocolate
  2. 1 small box instant pudding - vanilla or chocolate
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 1/2 cup oil
  5. 4 eggs
For the Filling
  1. 5 Tablespoons flour
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 1/2 cup crisco
  5. 1/2 cup butter
  6. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla
For the Cake
  1. Mix ingredients well. Spread out in 2 10x15 pans. Bake at 350 for 12-18 minutes. Cool completely.
For the Filling
  1. Mix the first two ingredients and microwave on high for 3-3 1/2 minutes. Stir often so it doesn't get lumpy. When it has cooled, add the rest of the ingredients. Beat until fluffy. Spread on one cake and put other cake on top. Cut into squares.
Tip
  1. These are delicious frozen! They were our favorite treat when going to Grandma H.'s house when we were little.
