Brown Sugar Baked Peaches

Ingredients
  1. Peaches
  2. Butter
  3. Brown Sugar
  4. Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Slice peaches in half. Take out pits.
  2. Put 1/2 tsp. butter on each peach.
  3. Top with 2-4 tsp. brown sugar on each peach.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Serve warm!

Lemon Sugar

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  2. zest of 1 large lemon
Instructions
  1. Stir together. Store in airtight container for later use.
  2. Use on rims of glasses of lemonade or for use in baking.

Fresh Blender Lemonade

Ingredients
  1. 3 Lemons
  2. 3/4-1 cup sugar
  3. Water
  4. Ice
Instructions
  1. Fill a gallon pitcher half full with ice and the sugar.
  2. Cut off ends of lemons and discard.
  3. Put one lemon (cut into chunks) in blender with 1-1 1/2 cups water.
  4. Pulse for 3-4 seconds.
  5. Pour into strainer over ice and sugar.
  6. Repeat with remaining lemons.
  7. Stir and add water to fill pitcher.
  8. Stir well.
Notes
  1. If the taste is bitter, add a dash of salt.
  2. For a special presentation, coat the glass rims with our Lemon Sugar recipe.

For the Cake
  1. 1 box cake mix - yellow or chocolate
  2. 1 small box instant pudding - vanilla or chocolate
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 1/2 cup oil
  5. 4 eggs
For the Filling
  1. 5 Tablespoons flour
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 1/2 cup crisco
  5. 1/2 cup butter
  6. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla
For the Cake
  1. Mix ingredients well. Spread out in 2 10x15 pans. Bake at 350 for 12-18 minutes. Cool completely.
For the Filling
  1. Mix the first two ingredients and microwave on high for 3-3 1/2 minutes. Stir often so it doesn't get lumpy. When it has cooled, add the rest of the ingredients. Beat until fluffy. Spread on one cake and put other cake on top. Cut into squares.
Tip
  1. These are delicious frozen! They were our favorite treat when going to Grandma H.'s house when we were little.

Poppy Seed Ham Sandwiches

Ingredients
  1. 1 stick melted butter (8 Tbs)
  2. 2 tsp Worcestershire
  3. 2 tsp poppyseeds
  4. 3 Tbs Dijon mustard
  5. A dash of onion powder
Instructions
  1. Mix all together and spread 1/2-3/4 of it on inside of King's Hawaiian rolls 12pk
  2. Use 1 1/2# or approx. 24 thin slices of Yoder's smoked ham; put two pieces of folded up ham on each sandwich
  3. Top with 9 slices of Pearl Valley Lacey Baby Swiss or cheese of your choice
  4. Put rest of sauce on top of buns; cover with foil
  5. Bake at 350 for approx. 20 minutes

Pizza Casserole

Ingredients
  1. 1 pound ground beef
  2. 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or use our no msg mushroom soup mix)
  3. 1 can pizza sauce
  4. 8 oz of cooked macaroni
  5. 1/2-1 cup Parmesan
  6. 8 oz shredded Mozzarella
  7. 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  8. 1/2 tsp oregano
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients and put in casserole dish.
  3. Bake for 1/2 hour. Delicious!

Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients
  1. Tilapia fillets
  2. Eggs
  3. Panko bread crumbs
  4. Grated Parmesan mixture
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375.
  2. Grease 9x13 pan.
  3. Dip four tilapia fillets in beaten egg whites and then coat with a panko bread crumb and grated parmesan mixture.
  4. Play with the flavor and add any seasoning you like. (e.g. cheese and garlic sprinkle, old bay, garlic salt, Italian)
  5. Place fillets in pan, cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Pair with our Brown and Wild Rice Pilaf and some veggies for an easy meal!
Notes
  1. All items mentioned can be found in our store!
  2. You can also fry the fish if you prefer a crispier coating.
  3. Recipe is very similar to what I get when I eat at Red Lobster.

Oven Burritos or Wet Burritos

Ingredients
  1. 1 pound Ground Beef fried with onion salt
  2. 1 TB natural, no msg added Taco seasoning
  3. 1 can refried beans
  4. Mix 1 cup sour cream and 1 1/2 cups cream of mushroom soup (use our bulk no msg added)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Put 1/3 soup mixture on bottom of 9x13 pan.
  3. Fill burritos with burger and bean mixture.
  4. Fold up and put in pan.
  5. Top with remaining soup mixture and shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-45 minutes. When serving, top with lettuce, tomatoes, etc.

Magic Shrimp

Ingredients
  1. 1 Pkg. Cooked, Peeled & Deveined Shrimp
  2. 1 bottle of Magic Shrimp Seasoning
  3. Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Pour the shrimp onto a cookie sheet with a lip.
  2. Using a pastry brush, brush a little bit of olive oil on each shrimp.
  3. Next, sprinkle the Magic Shrimp Seasoning onto each shrimp.
  4. Since the shrimp is already cooked, you basically just need to warm them up. I normally bake them at 350 for 8 minutes!

Blackened Chicken over Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients
  1. 1 package of our Miller's Boneless Chicken Strips or 4 Boneless Breasts
  2. Our bulk Blackened Seasoning
  3. 1-2Tb of oil
  4. Our bulk Brown & Wild Rice
Instructions
  1. Coat both sides of chicken and place in oil in heated pan.
  2. Put on lid and cook until done.
  3. Follow directions on Rice packaging and add a couple drops of pure Cilantro and Lime Essential Oils.
Notes
  1. Delicious when paired with the Brown Sugar Baked Peaches!
