Buffalo Chicken Hot Dip

Ingredients
  1. 8 oz. Cream Cheese, cubed
  2. 1 1/2 cups Chicken, cooked and chopped
  3. 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  4. 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce of choice
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Microwave until all melted or put in crockpot on low for a couple hours.
Notes
  1. Can be easily doubled or triple for large groups.
  2. Don't have time to cook chicken? Use our all natural, canned chicken!

BLT Hot Bites
Possibly the single most delicious hors d'oeuvre ever!

Ingredients
  1. 1 Wind & Willow BLT Cheeseball Mix
  2. 8 oz. cream cheese
  3. 4 Tb. butter
  4. 4 slices white sandwich bread
  5. 1/2 pound of Yoder's Hickory Smoked Bacon
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 425. Combine BLT mix with the cream cheese and butter. Trim the crusts of slices of bread. Cut into 3-4 equal strips. Spread each strip with mixture and sprinkle with Herb & Tomato topping. Roll up from the short end of the strip. Wrap with 1/2 strip of bacon and secure with toothpick. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until bacon is done. Your guests with fight for the last bite!

Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients
  1. 1 Wind & Willow Caramel Apple Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
  2. 1 pkg microwave popcorn
  3. 4 Tbs butter
  4. 3 Tbs water
Instructions
  1. Prepare microwave popcorn according to directions. Pour into a large bowl.
  2. In a small saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Add water and Caramel Apple Cheeseball & Dessert Mix (topping to be used later). Stirring continuously, bring to a boil. Continue cooking for 3 1/2 minutes. Pour mixture over popcorn. Gently stir until popcorn is coated. Sprinkle with contents of topping packet. Enjoy!

Apple Pie Pull Apart Bread

Ingredients
  1. 1 Wind & Willow Apple Pie Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
  2. 10 Rhodes dinner rolls, thawed
  3. 2 apples, peeled and chopped
  4. 6 oz cream cheese
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 cup powdered sugar (icing ingredient)
  7. 2 Tbs milk (icing ingredient)
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 8x8” glass baking dish with non stick spray. Cut rolls in half and place cut side down in glass dish. Cover with wrap and let rise 30 minutes. Remove plastic wrap and brush rolls with melted butter and sprinkle chopped apples over rolls. In a small bowl combine cream cheese, egg and Cheeseball Mix (topping used later) until smooth. Spread mixture over rolls and sprinkle with topping packet. Cover rolls with plastic wrap again and let rise until doubled in size. Remove wrap and bake in oven for 30 minutes. While rolls are cooking combine icing ingredients. When rolls are cooling drizzle icing over rolls. Serve warm!

Cheese Crisps

Ingredients
  1. Cheese of choice
  2. examples: Sharp Chedder, Parmesan, etc.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Make small heaps of shredded cheese (about 1 tsp) on sheet. Or if using slices of cheese, use approximately thin 1 inch squares.
  4. Bake for 7-12 minutes depending on your oven. They should be just turning brown.
  5. Let cool completely before eating. (they should crisp up while cooling)
Notes
  1. Get creative and add your favorite seasonings before baking!

Taco Ring

Ingredients
  1. 1 pound cooked ground beef
  2. 1 package taco seasoning (or if you use bulk, enough for 1 pound of meat)
  3. 1 cup shredded cheese
  4. 2 Tb. water
  5. 1 package crescent rolls
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375.
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients.
  3. Arrange crescent triangles in a circle with the bases overlapping and points are out on a 13" baking stone or sheet.
  4. Spoon meat onto triangle bases.
  5. Fold points over meat and tuck under.
  6. Bake 20-25 minutes until brown. Serve with any toppings desired.

Magic Shrimp

  1. 1 Pkg. Cooked, Peeled & Deveined Shrimp
  2. 1 bottle of Magic Shrimp Seasoning
  3. Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Pour the shrimp onto a cookie sheet with a lip.
  2. Using a pastry brush, brush a little bit of olive oil on each shrimp.
  3. Next, sprinkle the Magic Shrimp Seasoning onto each shrimp.
  4. Since the shrimp is already cooked, you basically just need to warm them up. I normally bake them at 350 for 8 minutes!
